We will do our best to resolve your complaint within 40 business days of receipt of your initial complaint. If we are unable to resolve your complaint you may refer the matter to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (https://www.fspo.ie). If you purchased your policy online, you will also be able to use the EC On-line Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ who will notify the FSPO on your behalf.
